General Background
Pursuant to the requirements of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), following final approval of trademark registration, submission of a Statement of Use is mandatory to maintain the registration status.
Policy Objective

Submission of Proof of Use
Submission Deadline: The Statement of Use must be submitted within six months of receiving the USPTO's final approval for successful registration.
